This fourth, in a series of 40-day meal-by-meal prayer and fasting journeys, focuses on the high and holy calling of prayer in the life of the believer.  There is no greater expression of love than the willingness to lay down one's life in prayer for another as Jesus so eloquently illustrated for us in His life on this earth.  There is no greater work, and no greater deficit in the Church, nor more difficult position to fill in all of God's Kingdom, than to find faithful followers who are willing to stand in the gap and answer the call of prayer.
